Ok I've e-mailed ticketmaster twice and no response so I finally called them and got info
NOTE: YOU STILL NEED YOUR TICKET (obviously) This is for people who purchased via ticketmaster.ca or by phone. If you bought from an outlet, go back there and get your refund
Options: 1) Take the tickets to the Rogers Centre, Gate 7 and get the refund processed right there. 2) Mail via REGISTERED mail (it's safer) to the head office:
Toronto Head Office Attn: Ticketmaster Customer Service Department 1 Blue Jays Way Suite 3900 Toronto, Ontario M5V 1J3
Write "Void" on the ticket include a letter saying a refund was offered, along with your contact info and your order number. Ask them to contact you with the refund number to ensure everything is being processed smoothly.
For those that want to contact the promoter (Dreamchaser):
veronica@guerillaunion.com agreenberg@msopr.com shazila@msopr.com
or
MSO - (818) 380-0400
If anybody went to this disgrace of a show, i still think you should contact and see what you can get. After all, $52 for 4 songs? That ain't right.
Hope that helps somebody
