But uh, yall shouldn't just be taking beats without adding The Roots members touches ta it (I understand that ya likely still "tweek" & mix the f*ck out the submitted beats, but that's not nearly the same as having a part in creating it), yall should play sum sh*t on top them at the very least, if not being a part of the co-production...

Cuz tha new track is not a Roots track at all, as far as creation of the work, & acouple tracks from Phren weren't either far as I could tell, they were just Trotter rapping on the submitted beats... I mean, if Gangstarr all the sudden had 2/5ths of the album not produced by Premier at all then that shouldn't've been released as a Gangstarr album as far I'm concerned. Especially if they tried ta kinda hide that fact at first...
