And he does not have a Mac.
Xplay might be able to do it if you also bought MacDrive, but they are not Vista compatible yet, and he has Vista. (Macdrive is 59, xplay is 30, and they both have lame-o copy protection that can damage your ipod if you pirate them.) Xplay 2 *would* be able to do it without MacDrive but I've never used it and uit's *NOT* Vista comaptable.
MacOpener and Ephod would work the same way.
The *safest* way to do it is to clone the iPod on a Mac, back it all up to DVDs and if the iPod ever takes a dump to convert the iPod to NTFS and copy the files back onto it.
Gotta pay it safe with these rare-ass tracks.
