check it out. the AVALON is in between 5th ave and broadway (union square west) on E 16th. pretty nice place. would love to hit up the philly show, because i know thered be alot more elbow room. kweli def rips it up live tho. killed mos at the halloween blackstar shit. sure bet.

I think the Montreal and Ottawa dates are switched around--the Cisco...is in Ottawa and the Jarry...is in Montreal. How do we get tickets? The Black Eyed Peas site was selling them but you had to pay...

I saw him in SD about 6 months ago...he did everything from Beautiful Struggle and it was CRAZY! He was with MF Doom...I strongly suggest you catch him if you can, he gives a great show.

Too bad Ill be in NY when he comes to CA lol.

You can bring in cameras as long as they dont have a detachable lense. in other words any disposable or standard dig camera, just nothing professional. they will pat you down and make you toss bottles and sometimes they check packs of cigs for joints....

I checked him at the philly concery on the 18th and it was the so the hassle of the Electric Factory.

Jean Grae was awesome too, I'm now a fan and RES was okay, she's mad talented but her drummer was dumb loud.

Honestly I can say that Jean Grae, Kweli, Res show was the best show I have ever lived to see. If a show never tops this level of beauty again, I'll be iight, cuz I was fulfilled this day, Aug 19 in DC by lyrical assassins bringin words of justice to the ears of hip hop listeners who can hear, not that 40 cent crap the radio jams in your ear - that real shit, f'sure that lifts you like legend and gives u peace like lennon - Thank you Jean Grae, Res, and especially, Black Star's other half, himself, Talib Kweli, for an INsanely incredible 4 hour (for $10!!!) show that I will never forget. And just to add to the love of it all, I met Jean Grae afterwards, damn life is good.
