seeing as how there are 150+ responses and i haven't cycled through them this could have already been said...but howabout public (or online even) showcases of okayplayer art. an okayplayer film festival in philly from films submitted by okayplayers. poetry slams, story readings, art exhibits. the possibilities are limitless.

as okayplayer.com is a community of creative and artistic minds, showcasing the talents of those who follow the roots etc. would be a great thing.
