Resurrection was just the shit to me.. Both of them (Res and Illmatic) were classics, no doubt, but I got soo much more out of Resurection. I Used To Love H.E.R. (did we ever find out what that stood for?) was tight, but for a grip after I first got that album, I was hearing new meaning in Common's lyrics..
