OOPs! Sorry Questlove but I forwarded the Jazzyfatnastees problem to a mailing list of 150 plus Black women. So they might be calling and writing within the next week who knows. But I sat down and wrote a very nice post about the places, venues and show that I feel the Jazzyfatnastees should try to promote their album...The View w/ Star Jones, Send a tape/CD to Iyanla Vanzant her album didn't do much but I am very sure that she would love the Jazzies CD, what about Essence magazine why haven't they done an article on alternative R&B Sisters.

call it paranoia. or just a strange feeling. but i just wanna clear up that "ps" line. on the logistic side my favorite all time "get back" at a label story was when in 1992 gang starr went up into emi with 20 cats and gats. sure at the time i was like "yeah!".
the problem is. to post someone's private info (email, full name, number, address, etc) on the net is....illegal. the staff at mca wasn't as hostile as i suspected (except 2 staffers). but still i want you guys (players/jazzies) to understand that i'm not being insensitive to the situation. sheeeeit it took us 4 records to finally get some 'spect from label cats. i know all about 4 niggas to a room and who's gonna get the bed? and i know all about watchin someone you know you are better than shine in the same craft as you. and i know all about label's pulling all of this last minute money shit on things the seem to be important (1995 geffen didn't wanna pay for hotels for us to do mtv.) so trust me no one is more sensitive to the situation than me.
however if someone at mca decided to play us out, they would be well within their legal rights to SUE this site. sorta like if you went to the sixers game and slipped on some ice cream that the cat above you dropped on the floor. you fall. bust yo ass. do you sue the drunken dude? (does mca sue the jazzies?)no. you would sue the owners of the spectrum. (mca sues okayplayer.com) now am i having that? no. this site will be our saving grace when times really get hard. the listing of the mca execs email should be the only thing that should be deleated. the site and diary should remain intact, complete with all the inside info of the injustices this industry has to offer.
thank you for listening.

THE SOULQUARIANS
chewy (quest).....jan
luke (d)........feb
lando (jaydee)......feb
cp30 (james poyser).....jan
r2d2 (jazzy jeff)......jan
hans (chaos)........jan
anakin (lil mike)......feb
honorary members:
kelo- soulacorn.......jan
common- soulcies......march
erykah- soulcies......feb
