Through conversations with women, I have always been told that the reason a lot of females dont mind the word bitch and hoe in a song is because they feel that men are talking about women who are bitches and hoes and not all women in general. Thus, if you are not a bitch or hoe then why are you bothered by a word that does not pertain to you? I on the other hand feel that most of the time the word is used to describe all women in general. But then again maybe I am way off base on that. I dont know...I guess it just depends on the context.
