All hair can <BR>>lock if just let free . <P>I don't think so...the Japanese people I do know have straight hair...when they just let it grow, it's gets long, it doesn't lock up like black hair...same goes for the white people I know...basically, people with straight hair are twisting their hair into locks, ain't nothing being "let free", it's a deliberate designing of a hairstyle.<P>The reason I don't have locks is b/c I consider them to have sociopolitical and spiritual value, although many wear them as a fad/trend (to be cut off when they threaten a job opportunity...ha).<P>We already went through the Toshi sociocultural debate.
