The artists' say IS most important. If this is what Com wanted, then true, even if I was in charge of marketing his album, it's his work of art, and his decision re: the cover.

I wonder how Com feels about this now and about his sales so far and wether he thinks he might have done something different.

I mean, I know Com isn't (thank goodness) the type to sell his soul for record sales, but strategically putting your face on the cover might not qualify as selling one's soul (it's not like it's in the same realm as doing music you don't like just so that you can make money). :-) I'd love to see him get those sales #'s that Mos and Roots have seen.... but I'm not sure, with the kind of music he does, that the world is ready to allow that to happen :)
