I attend kent State and have been waiting for this show for months now. I can't wait. here is what I know/assume. Kent has their Flashfest on the same day. This consists of food vendors/games/honeys/music/etc. Last year they had Cash Money artist in, which was a huge disappointment for me. So, I assume tthat the Roots are this years featured act. I can't wait. It is a free show, which makes it even better. All lots are monitored by parking services and they give tickets if you don't have a pass. won't cost anymore than 45. Also, first parking ticket is free, so EFF it.

INFO: The Fest is free to all. Don't have to be a student to attend. WHich means the show is free. Im down to meet up anytime. I am just kipping classes that day, so Ill be around all day long. I saw today in the campus newspaper, that teh show on thursday begins at 8 PM in the fieldhouse. So lets plan to meet before that. we need to get there fairly early so we can get prime spots for the show. I won't have to skip classes now, seeing I am done on thursdays by 1:30. Yep. it is true. The first ticket is free. All you have to do is sign it and send it in, no fee charged. There are a few lots near the student center that are commuter lots, so just park there. What time will you be there. Let me know, so we can meet up.

The drummer's name is Eric(sp?) He is filling in for quest right now, as quest is on tour with d'angelo. He did a good job holding his own. Give him love. He is in a tough position, trying to fill in for Quest.
