You really don't even comprehend the concept of "hating" if you think that's what I was doing. And I have nothing to be jealous of. Sure, D is a handsome guy with lots of talent, money and fans. But I don't want that type of recognition. I'm far from ugly and I got talent in other areas, which will make me money in the future. But since you asked, no I don't think he should have written an essay, but a paragraph would have been nice, four sentences even. Hell, a second complete thought would have done me fine.
