Hmmm. I think Eminmem's off-beat cadence is deliberate, same as with Common, say.
You'll prolly say Common does it with more soul but Com isn't working those triple syllablles in his rhyme scheme ... besides, Eminem can ride the beat sufficiently when he tries, as in Dead Wrong remix or, I think, Cum On Everybody off Slim Shady LP.
