beyond the art/style arguements..

i think that you also must know that skateboarding/snowboarding/BMX has always supported "good" commercial and underground hip-hop from it's creation...competitions have pumped hip-hop for years....video's (there are TONS) have had many hip-hop songs behind riders..

in addition..hip-hop fashion has taken some things from skateboarding/snowboarding...think snow goggles!!

on the white boy issue..ummm...skateboarding being popular with hip-hop is not a race/color issue...there are kids of all colors riding...it's been like that for years..
