22943, double standards Posted by krewcial, Wed Jul-05-00 07:04 AM
What I still don't get is this : why would it be OK for two women to be kissing in public (like Common and someone else in this thread suggested), but not for two men ? Cos that doesn't fit in heterosexual male fantasy ?
I'm not a big fan of i.e. tonguekissing in public myself, especially not in a crowded place such as a concert hall, but that goes for both men and women. If it's too much in my face, I'll make a remark about it.
I'm not tongueing my woman down in the street myself, but that's a personal opinion.
In the end, I'd rather see 2 men having a good time at a show, than heads knocking each other out and fighting.
