Talib's new video for "The Blast" was dope...but no Vinia Mojica!!!!!!!!! AAARRRRGGGGGHHHH. Why? Was she in there and I didn't see her? I was looking forward to seeing her featured prominently in the joint.

Aside from no Vinia, the joint was pretty ill. I liked the concept of "zooming into Talib's head" and basically the video being him daydreaming on the front steps.

What happened to Vinia though? (can you tell I'm obsessed? hahah!)

Not only is the concept of venturing into Kweli's mind ill, but I also like the way he's rapping in the rain and it's not even affecting his flow. Little X did a great job with this video. I thought he might have tried to throw in the obligatory women in thongs. I was kind of skeptical about this song being the second single, but after watching the video, it made the song sound even better to me. If that's not one of the purposes of a video, I don't know what is. Still hoping they do a video for Love Language.
