That reminds me of the time that Slow Stevie got mad at me because he didn't get invited to my birthday party. His mommy had told my mommy that they were going to the orthopedic shoe store in the next town over so they couldn't come. Slow Stevie got mad at me because he didn't understand that he couldn't come anyways because his old shoes were getting all ratty, that's probably why we call him Slow Stevie. The next time I went to the playground, all the other kids didn't want to play with me because Stevie told them I had cooties. Some were brave enough to come close and give me a wedgie and a charley horse. Stevie got in trouble with his mommy after she found out and he wasn't allowed to watch my little pony for a month after that.

He moved away the next summer and I haven't seen him since.
