last time I remembered, 'jaguar' wasn't just a brand, but also a noun, so I don't think you can get into any trouble by calling yourself 'jaguar' ... unless you would start making cars with that name yourselves.

I'm not 100% sure about the legislation-side of things, but I don't think anyone can sue you successfully for using the name of an animal ...
