I'd like to see new board software that can do things like:

Ability to close a thread in one confrence and move it to another. (I believe UBB has this ability)

Much STRICTER enforcement of forum rules.

Registration process that send password to user's email so they have to have a valid account to register. this wouldn't stop some of these BS posts.

Closing of accounts tht repeatedly ignore forum rules. (With IP banishment)

Spell Check feature.

HTMLized posting capabilities for forum moderators.
