those posts like destiny's child that go to 100 just cuz 1 person posted a billion times..last a few hours, obviously I am doing things here and there and cant catch everything, but I get annoyed when people are like "Whys this post up whys that post up"....I delete atleast 10-15 posts a day that most yall dont even see..and I archive atleast 5-10 posts a week.
The only problem I really see with two moderators is alot of potential confusion, I mean I've been doing this for almost two years I am pretty well acclimated with what I think needs to be removed or archived and if someone else was doing the same thing it would be confusing as hell.
I mean noone is gonna die if a destiny's child post is up for a few hours.
Now on the general board for example, that moves like lightning, you need tow moderators cuz that board is crazy and it scares me.
But personally, I think I am aight.
We have staff that have moderating powers also so if sometihng REAL bad comes up (ocassionally happens), they handle that if one of the volunteer moderators isnt around.
I'm not trying to act power hungry or anything(LOL), but I think two moderators would be hella confusing on one board.
