you would have to have a basic working definition of "drum and bass" for anyone to agree on that point. and the definition of any given music genre is pretty broad. (1) what's your definition of "drum and bass"? (2) on what authority is that definition based? (3) you realize that any strict limitations on the nature of a genre constantly evolves as time progresses, right?
