14051, My 29 cents and some pocket lint...

I'd have to agree with most of the suggestions so far- damn, y'all just jump on a post this or WHAT! j/p
My personal suggestions after countless hours of playing this album whilst sitting at my computer. Since we've all agreed in principle that the next single should be more upbeat. HOWEVER, did y'all stop to notice that 'Untitled' is the slowest tempo track on the album? (with 'Send It On' a close second) So, basically, ANY track would be uptempo from 'Untitled'.
Now, 'Chicken Grease' would be cool, but let's face it: this track feels more like a 'jam session' (and without a doubt is THE bomb track on the album...I can't stop bobbin my head...yikes!!!), and tracks like that aren't necessarily suitable for radio(even though I don't listen to radio).
"Devil's Pie" is essentially 'previously-released' (for lack of a better term) and I would have to say not a contender, since peeps have already heard it.
"Africa" has possibilities (video and what not): but I'm not you can pin down the 'sound and feel' of this track. I mean, I listen to it, and dig it, but I'm befuddled cuz I don't know where to 'categorize' it in my mind. I love that Prince feel to it, but I'm not sure it's single material.
"Feel Like Makin Love" is right in there. Has a great rhythm and 'feel'(heh) to it. And it's a great cover.
So, here are my two choices (told y'all this was my 29 cents!!!):
One of my selections would be "The Root". What else can I say, not only does the music get inside you, but so do the lyrics.
But my first selection would be "The Line". (ha, I went off the beaten path) I just love the feel of this tune, not to mention lyrically stimulating. And the keyboard sound we all know and love!
Put in my vote!!! PEACE
One world, many minds.
Framamind
SPAS accredited
Support okayfam! pick up 'The AutNoyz Project' cd (featuring Ya Ya) at mp3.com
http://www.mp3.com/artists/60/autnoyz.html<;/a>
"it aint no settling in my settling down, settling ends in settlements, see we should---be subtle, how we a team, but never
been in a huddle?" - P!
"Our so-called leaders speak/with words they try to jail ya/they subjugate the meek/but it's the rhetoric of failure"
"Youngbloods can't spell but they can rock you at playstation..."- Mos Def
"Well, of COURSE everything looks bad if you remember it!" -Homer Simpson
"...Nick is superhumanhiphophead!!"-MBclassick
