just what is the definition of Real Hip Hop?

What's real to me may not be real to Junebug on the other side of town.


It's really a question of "What can you relate to?"

Myself, I can relate to both Jay and the Roots. Lashawnna up the block may relate to Trick Daddy and Cash Money.


When it comes down to it, all hip hop is real (or fake depending on your point of perception). It's just a question of what you feel and appreciate.
