Fashion and style was one of the big elements in th efoundation of hip-hop; you kinda showed your allegiance to the music and your crew with that. Your name belt, your iron-on letter sweatshirt, your kungfu letter gold chain, stuff liek that made how you looked VERY important in this game. Just by the way that we take on b-boy/girl names when we do our thing.<BR>The clothing defined a good part of the art and whatever phase it was in.
