Come on bro', like it or not there is a double standard that we apply to R&B vs. Hip-Hop music. That's likely because we're more accustomed to rappers using profanity. We can accept in doses with R&B artists (the aforementioned D'Angelo, Prince etc.), but when it's on damn near every song, it gets a little too much.
