are both helpful in the fitness posts after you get the snarkiness out of your systems but it takes a while to get you to that point. i suppose y'all use the snark to figure out how serious ppl are when they ask for help in those types of posts...i assume you don't want to waste time dispensing advice to ppl who can't or won't use it. when y'all get serious about giving advice it's very sound. Bluetiger helped me tremendously by introducing me to HST and you showed me www.exrx.net a long time ago. both of those have been invaluable.
