he sympathized with the looters...and dispelled the whole "finders" versus "looters" idea. He said that people were just doing what they had to to survive....after they had lost so much. With no help, what else were they to do? He would have done the same, and gave insight that he actually used to live in the area and totally sympathizes...it was wild cool when he said it.
