before that,
folks was killin people in philly, hten being arrested for stupid stuff in other counties and then RELEASED cause they didn't know these folks was wanted for murder in philly.
it aint too far fetched man.
them states/areas is poor is hell,
mississippi and alabama been fighting for the poorest state in the union for the LONGEST time.
but kentucky stuck it's big head in there.
