Deploy military in every community to test each resident. If military is being deployed to test frontline medical workers for the virus, the same protocol should be established for communities.

Asymptomatic, mild symptoms, drastic symptoms , doesn’t matter, all need to be tested...because even if you quarantine you still don’t know if you still have it or not, or have fully recovered. So everyone is going to have be tested twice.
