We are supposed to "shelter in place". But 8 kids out here in the park playing tackle football.
Takeout restaurants popping.
Costco and Walmart packed.
Drove by Lowes and it looks everybody and their mama is there.
Does this stuff work if there are so many exceptions to the rule?
