is directing things here. rather than doing a state shut down, letting the smaller jurisdictions make the decision. seems like what trump and his cohorts are doing with the states.
I understand it logically, but the general public has too many folks still thinking this is not a big deal. leaders need to lead. and care more about the people than they do the money.
