i went on a three or four day binge of smoking lots of black and milds and now my chest feels tight...so yeah im chillin on the smokes at least until this whole thing blows over. but when i stop i might as well just stop. this weather here is crazy it was 86 degrees one day and 54 degrees the next day. and im still working at the cell phone store. now is not the time to get a cold or flu or do something to make my lungs weaker.

its gonna be hard but this scare may be just the thing i needed to make this step.
