Seems like its power to disseminate harmful information among a target audience is unmatched.

FB has been utilized by the Russians too but with Facebook there's less anonymity and more restrictions to who sees what

Chatrooms / reddit are less viral

Could be wrong, that's just my impression, and I'm never on it
