do it over a few weeks to get him a few times then bring it to the police. Cause it sounds like you arent gonna do much else, so far your "revenge"has been really lame LOL either confront dude or get it to stop by having cops involved. have everyone in the area who have bee violated get involved.
Or take a shit on his winshield....eat some indian food and take a laxative and have a nice time on the car.
