In 15 years of dating, anyone I dated for more than three months was 1) Black and 2) a good guy, with one exception (he was Black and abusive), but I was 15 and didn't know any better. So shame the 15 year old me if that makes you feel good.

I didn't choose anyone based on the money they made. I chose poor dudes, but they weren't poor choices.
