Black women just tend to keep dating Black men and repeat harmful patterns, while (some) Black men just opt out of dating Black women. Not even consciously.

Men are way more emotionally sensitive. I can still date Black men after being abused and assaulted by Black men, but being called "corny" by Black women will be enough to make some Black men defect. I also know Black women who date non-Black men b/c their blackness was always questioned by Black men.

Someone made a post about people who date exclusively outside of their race and I said that if that's what they need to not project their issues on their mate, then by all means.

Sometimes a change of scenery helps. It still doesn't make a difference to me though.
