..as far as i'm concerned: when you know better, DO better.

i don't know the extent of his situation, but he was middle-aged (grey whiskers n'all), a bit disheveled, but clean. the fact that he never made an attempt to hide what he was doing let's me know he wasn't afraid of getting caught. hell, he was probably getting off on the fact that people could see him. that alone let's me know that he's too comfortable with that shit.

he needs help, but he has to want/seek it.
