but i was halfway joking about that part.
but as for the not having a tv, i was serious. if i had a kid, i doubt i would let them watch tv until they at least got to middle school.
because there are too many images and messages on tv that i don't think it's appropriate for children to be exposed to. so if i had a kid, i don't think it would be hard to not let my kid see television.
and if they DID see tv, and they saw something they had questions about... i refuse to believe i couldn't explain it to them and have a conversation about it.
that's my job.
