with that big a size difference she's not going to have a lot of fun in that first minute...a 220lb man throwing an elbow at a lunging anything is often enough to discourage/end BJJ/Wrestling moves in a street fight
somebody knock your girl out...you might sacrifice a broken arm and go ahead and headbutt/bite/elbow a chick and then stomp em out for good measure
