she spars with other UFC fighters. She isnt sparring with just women. She is in there giving and taking punches with men who make a living fighting. She is wrestling with men. She can hang with these professional men who will have you curled up in a ball in the fetal position after a sparring session.

I dont know why people dont understand that combat sports isnt just about strength and athleticism. One of the reasons is they have trained their body to take punishment that us normal people cant take. Her body and head can take the kind of abuse that you havent trained your body to take. Unless you have been in the ring sparring once a week for the last 5+ years with world class competition then your body cant handle that punishment.
