her defending a woman's honor in what is seen as a more or less an acceptable way (asymmetrically for a woman to use force to protect her sexuality and sanctity of her body etc.)

The fact is, she took the time to specify the actual combination she used. The focus on the technical side is meant to further show that her training allowed her to defeat a man who was attempting to humiliate or violate her the way so many men do to lesser (trained) women, who could benefit from similar training. (sets Ronda up as a heroine and role model)

There is not one mention of the guy attempting to stop her, and all she dates are fighters, to my knowledge
