this isnt about someone getting personal
and getting clapped back
this (as the OP suggests)
is about natural, OPEN dialogue between adults being snuffed out by the childish antics of those that cannot express their opinions without name calling by taking different opinions personal.
its counter productive to what we all want.
whats more
people dont even understand the difference between a troll, someone playing devils advocate, and a different opinion.
far too often every different opinion gets lumped in with being a troll
if what a troll says upsets you to the point of lashing out
you're just as bad as that troll for feeding into it
maybe they arent trolling
maybe you're just too sensitive
