One of his points is that most YT into hip hop or familiar with POC do their best to disassociate themselves from YTness, he talks about how he was "the cool white boy" when he got into Hip Hop.
this was the late 80's/early 90's when "wigger" was a thing

Unlike some/most POC OKP's, I didn't grow up with YT, my contact with them was very limited. Even the figures of authority in my youth (teachers, cops) were Latino like me. I had like 2 or 3 YT HS teachers my whole time there.

To me YT were to be seen on TV or as tourists on south beach, they were these exotic creatures. We had about 10 YT kids at my HS and they all tried so hard to blend in we called them WISH (Wish they spoke Spanish)

Some of the shit that gets posted on here about YT has me like "why u mad tho?" But again, I never got called names from YT kids or had racial profiling incidents because where I'm from everyone looks and talks like me.
