too scary too crime ridden etc etc
Then as a Black person crossing 8 mile is wrought with drama so why bother

Detroit is the most segregated city in United States with a black-white dissimilarity score of 79.6. Detroit is almost all Black, beside a little Latinx community in the southwest. Whites mostly stick to the suburbs like Grosse Pointe, Dearborn, and Ferndale.
