meaning, they may have been ISIS fans but not members. and i doubt this attack was planned or performed w/ISIS direction. i say that b/c ISIS doesn't accept ppl w/families, AFAIK. so these 2 were likely not eligible to be down w/the org in any official capacity. but they could've been inspired by ISIS - which would make this attack a copycat-thing but not an actual ISIS-thing if my suspicion is confirmed.
