I get what you would like to do here. To argue that though, you need to argue the same or at least similar locations. The response times of law enforcement varies signicantly depending on the resources available and the amount of ground they have to cover. Again, you know this.

But if there are Blacks and Latinos in, around, or near San Bernardino then there's likely no shortage of police.

Prejudice can indeed be unconscious. If that affects a cop's professional judgement on the job then I don't categorise them as a good cop. That's bad police work. That's a bad cop.

Latest info...We already know the male shooter got into a massive blowup at a company get together and left with his coat still on the chair...

Now the news is the 2nd shooter, dude's wife, came back with him to the States after Farouq(sp) made a trip to Saudi Arabia. When he got back to the States he told friends and family that he was married with a baby on the way. The rumor now is he's been having issues at the job and the company event was the last straw. He was already gearing up for the attack and ready to shoot it out. The event pushed him to go ahead with his plan.....

No one is still willing to say it's Islamic terrorism...Too many weird, moving parts....
