there is no secret and even if there was I wouldn't want it.
my wife's granny is 93 and still walking around like she is 60. She was a smoker for 80 years, married twice, deals with a cracked out theiving grandaughter on the daily and lives with her grandkid who is 18 and hard headed as fuck.
she lives 2 blocks from the ocean and refuses to go down to the water to enjoy the view and calls Flounder the white mans fish...
she also eats fried fatback damn near every day and shoots at stray cats with a bb gun..
ain't no secret. granny be chillin hard, waiting on death some days and that shit is nowhere to be found.
