would show up. I don't think it'd go the way they think...
you'd have people like Buddy Gillapagos in NY throwing their vote away on the green party. i know more people like that and people that don't vote would show.
We have a special situation where we can split our electoral college votes here in this state and people know it's going to be close.
so people show up.
