Narrowly Obama.
Vigo County has gone the same as the nation in every election since 1956.
With 99% reporting the current totals are:
18,272 Obama
18,119 Romney
On one hand, that's REALLY close for a bellwether, but on the other hand, Obama didn't really campaign in Indiana at all this election.
Interesting, anyway.
