I do agree that harassment is disgusting. Personally, I hate (to see) that shit myself.

Hollering (at least how I do it) is a simple "hello" or "good morning", usually followed by an attempt to strike up a conversation. Simple as that. That basic cordiality. I don't see a problem with that.
